Deposits:

Please see below to see where a deposit is applicable. Deposits can be used towards your service and is non-refundable nor transferable. Appointments are to be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours in advanced in order to receive a refund/transfer of your deposit. Failure to cancel the appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment(s), will subject to a loss of the deposit.

Nails:

A $30 deposit is required upon booking.

​

Group Bookings:

We require a $50 to $100 deposit of 3 or more guests (depending on group size). Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment date will result in a loss of the deposit.

Frequent No Shows/Last Minute Cancellations:

Any guest who has a history or frequent no shows/last minute cancellations in a course of 6 months will be required to send a deposit of $50 in order to reserve the appointment.

Facials:

A $50 deposit is required upon booking.

​

Please be on time to your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and will result in a loss of your deposit.

​

Late Policy:

If you are more than 10 minutes late to your service, your appointment will be cancelled. As much as we would like to accommodate everyone, it would not be fair for other guests if we run behind due to tardiness.

Nail Fixes:

We allow 3 days after your service to come back to fix any nail issues (i.e chipped polishes or broken acrylic nails, etc.) free of charge.

​

Please be advised that polish chipping and broken nails can be caused by many factors: typing, using your nails as tools (opening soda cans, pressing buttons with the tip of your nail, scratching things, picking at things, etc.) can all cause wear to your nails and cause chipping or breaking of acrylic nails.

Refund Policy:

No refunds. Please let us know during your appointment if you would like for us to fix anything. We are more than happy to fix any issues with your nails to your liking. As a service is completed, we do not offer refunds on services under any circumstances.
