Safety Measures & Guidelines
What to know before your appointment:
- A mask is REQUIRED to enter salon

- NO additional guests

- Waiting area is now available, however guests may still wait in their car and check in by texting 510-894-2740 if they would like. We ask that you please come into the salon if you do not hear back from us after 5-10 minutes.

- Each client will have a temperature screening upon arrival; anyone with a temperature of 99°F or above will be sent home and rescheduled
- Clients will be asked to sanitize and wash their hands when entering and before service. Please refrain phone use as much as possible during service
​
- Bring minimal items to your appointment: only keys, phone, & wallet if possible. Apple/Android pay is available and technicians can receive tips via Venmo payment to eliminate to usage of cash
​
- Clients will be required to sign our Covid-19 consent waiver before service
​
- We will be servicing by appointments only: those without an appointment will not be allowed in the salon​.

Health & Safety Procedures:
- All metal implements are properly sanitized after each service: anti-bacterial soap to clean, barbicide soak, and placed in autoclave
- Files, buffers, pumice scrubs, liners, etc are all one time use & disposed after each client
​
- Social distancing will be enforced: 6 ft distance between all persons in the salon, physical barriers & protective gear when physical distancing is not possible
- Pedicure tubs are scrubbed down with anti-bacterial soap & barbicide soak after each service. A new tub liner will be in place for each client.

- Each station will be thoroughly wiped down and sanitized after each service with hospital grade disinfectant
​
- We are temporarily not allowing dry time after services to allow our technicians ample time to sanitize stations for next client and to properly adhere to Social Distancing measures.

Cancellation/Sick Policy:
- We ask that clients cancel their appointments 24 hours in advance. Please do not no show without a call/text!

- Please stay home if you:
* are experiencing any flu like symptoms
* have been out of the US within 14 days
* have been in contact with anyone who has been sick or has Covid-19
